Key responsibilities include:
* Providing individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism* Implementing and tracking IEP goals* Collaborating with teachers, families, and service providers* Using evidence-based strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence* Creating a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages student growth
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)* Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure* Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities* Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
