Responsibilities

• Prepare and process passports, travel visas, employment visas and other immigration documents.
• Ensure immigration applicants and documentation are accurate and completed on time.
• Assist with domestic and international immigration procedures.
• Maintain immigration records and documentation.
• Support related accounting and immigration communications with employees, contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of foreign and domestic immigration experience required; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and international visa and immigration requirements.
• Some college required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
