Speech-Language Pathologist Job in San Bernardino, CA (SY 2026-27)

Every Special Child is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-27 school year in San Bernardino, California. In this on-site school-based role, you will help students build communication skills and support their educational development through individualized, evidence-based speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Document student progress and adjust therapy plans when needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
• Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid California license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students and families.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Familiarity with assessment and therapy software and tools.
• At least two years of professional experience is desirable.

Compensation and Employment

Listed pay: $70000 per hour. The pay frequency is shown as provided in the job posting.

Schedule: Full-time, on-site position in San Bernardino, CA.
