Speech Language Pathologist Job in San Bernardino, CA (SY 2026-27)

Every Special Child is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in San Bernardino, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct therapy services to students using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech language pathology.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and families.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for assessment and therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is desirable.
