Speech Language Pathologist Job in San Bernardino, CA (SY 2026-27)

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings. Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices. Monitor, document, and adjust therapy plans according to student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student learning. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress. Stay current with research and best practices in speech language pathology. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and families. Experience in educational settings preferred. Familiarity with assessment and therapy software tools. Minimum 2 years of professional Speech Language Pathologist experience preferred.
