Every Special Child is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in San Bernardino, CA . Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students. Create individualized treatment plans and measurable goals based on assessment results. Deliver direct therapy services using evidence-based speech-language pathology techniques. Track and document student progress, modifying therapy plans as necessary. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning. Participate in team meetings to discuss student needs and progress updates. Stay current with latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid California state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students and families. Experience working in educational settings preferred. Proficiency with relevant assessment and therapy software tools. Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred.
