Sr. Java Backend Developer

Tasks

• Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical design discussions, establish architecture patterns, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor software engineers, and ensure code quality and design consistency.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and optimize database queries.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and frontend developers.

Requirements

• Experience: 15 years
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Expert-level mastery of Java (Java 11/17+), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed cloud-native architecture.
• Proven ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant applications and perform system tuning and memory optimization.
