Job description
Seeking a full-time, onsite Staff Accountant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections.
- Cross-train and provide support in accounts payable and invoice processing.
- Complete bank and other account reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Prepare and support financial statements, reports, and financial analysis.
- Help prepare for audits and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute financial information to budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- At least two years of accounting experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
