Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a health-related or educational setting. Time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with standard office software. Ability to demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills when interacting with children and families.
