Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Tasks

• Analyze spend data and demand forecasts to support global sourcing strategies.
• Draft and implement Master Supply, Service, Lease, and License Agreements.
• Coordinate RFI processes, evaluate supplier proposals, and support contract negotiations.
• Manage internal workflows across Procurement, Supplier Alliances, and IT departments.
• Support business development and present service capabilities to new and current clients.

Requirements

• Fluent in BOTH English & Spanish (verbal and written contract drafting).
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract negotiation. Price analysis and legal document interpretation preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), analytical math for price changes/economic indexes, and ability to learn ERP software quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred) or Business with an analytical focus. Master’s or Supply Chain certifications (CPSM, PSCM) a plus.

Schedule

• 100% in-person.
• Full-time.
• 5%–20% travel (U.S./Mexico).
