About the role

Since 2011, Shan Hair has been all about curly, wavy, and coily hair.

We cut dry, working with each person’s natural pattern, and every appointment includes real education so clients leave knowing how to love their curls at home.

Requirements

• A licensed Massachusetts cosmetologist
• An experienced curl specialist, OR a strong stylist ready to specialize in texture (we’ll train you!)
• Someone who loves teaching clients and helping them feel good about their natural hair
• Reliable, kind, and a great teammate
• Happy to share your work on Instagram
• Licensed cosmetologist, 2+ years preferred
• Curl specialty a plus, not required

Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time available
• Closed Sundays and Mondays

Pay

• 10% retail commission
• Hourly to start, fast track to commission
