Job description
Requirements
- Need Local With DL
- 5 Years of progressively responsible experience supporting Microsoft365 in a large enterprise environment, including advanced administration, engineering, or Level 3 support; 2 years should include hands-on work with Microsoft cloudautomation, Copilot/ AIservices, PowerPlatform, or enterpriseintegrations.
- Strong knowledge of: Microsoft365Copilot, SharePointOnline, MicrosoftTeams, MicrosoftGraph, MicrosoftEntraID, PowerPlatform, CopilotStudio, CopilotChat, CopilotCowork
- Experience with ITIL-based servicemanagement practices.
- Experience troubleshooting identity, permissions, and cloudserviceintegrations.
- Preferred: Microsoft365 EnterpriseAdministration experience
- Preferred: CopilotStudio or AIAgent experience
- Preferred: MicrosoftGraphintegration experience
- Preferred: PowerPlatformadministration experience
- Preferred: ITILcertification
- Preferred: MicrosoftCopilot or AI-related certifications* Experience with Azure Foundry
