Key Responsibilities For The Talent Acquisition Specialist

Actively source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, social media, and strategic outreach efforts. Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and initial interviews. Guide candidates through the selection, onboarding, and training process. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and attract top talent. Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and applicant tracking systems while supporting hiring goals.

Qualifications For The Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bachelor's degree required 1 year of professional experience Strong drive to actively go out and "hunt" for the best talent Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
