Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and scheduling activities for the team.
• Manage communication among team members to ensure accurate information flow.
• Assist in planning and organizing team meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to team activities.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and project needs.
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work culture.

As a Team Coordinator, you will provide project management support, contribute to team initiatives, and foster collaboration. You will be the primary point of contact for scheduling and coordination inquiries, working closely with team members and management. Success in this role is measured by your ability to keep the team organized and on track.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Completion of 12th Grade.
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in basic office software such as MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
