Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and support sales performance.
• Assist customers with product questions and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking to maintain product availability.
• Support promotional campaigns that attract and retain customers.
• Review sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the marketing team on online presence and pricing strategies.
• Train new team members on store policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Education: SSLC, PUC, or graduation.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or retail management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with data analysis and relevant software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
