Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and review pricing strategies.
• Train and develop new team members on store policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• SSLC, PUC, or graduation.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or retail management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
