Job description
Tasks
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into prioritized user stories.
- Manage product backlogs and define acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and prioritize features based on business value.
- Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to drive solutions.
- Analyze data and validate business requirements using SQL.
Requirements
- Strong Banking / Financial Services Domain Experience
- Technical Product Ownership and Business Engagement
- Business Process and Workflow Analysis
- Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Management
- Product Backlog Management and Prioritization
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Agile / Scrum Methodologies
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- SQL, Database Queries, and Data Analysis
- Jira and Confluence
- Looking for a strong Tech Product Owner with banking experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage business stakeholders and LOB relationships.
- Candidates should be capable of understanding business problems and proposing practical solutions.
