Job description
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or IT project delivery
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, databases, ETL, and testing
- Working knowledge of SQL and hands-on basic Python for data validation
- Basic understanding of GCP, datasets, data pipelines, and cloud workflows
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, UAT, and technical documentation
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
- Healthcare or HEDIS technology exposure is a plus
- Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with engineering, development, and QA teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
