Technical Business Analyst

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze data and support data validation using SQL.
• Work on API integrations and enterprise application enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
• Manage project documentation and requirement traceability.
• Review API integrations, data mapping, and system interface requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for application enhancements, defect resolution, and change requests.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and system integrations.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, and functional documentation.
