Technical Business Analyst

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Perform data analysis and support data validation using SQL.
• Analyze and support REST API, SOAP, and enterprise system integrations.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test execution, and defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project discussions.
• Maintain project documentation and requirements traceability.
• Review API integrations, data mapping, and system interface requirements.
• Support application enhancements, change requests, and ongoing issue resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and system integrations.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
