Technical Professional Services Consultant

Tasks

• Provide technical consulting and support for enterprise casino gaming software products.
• Analyze casino business operations and customer requirements.
• Lead software configuration, implementation, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production go-live.
• Deliver training through Instructor-Led Training (ILT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Training, and Support teams.
• Build strong relationships with casino staff, management, directors, and executives.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 2–5 Years (Related experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or IT training preferred)
• Primary Skill: Product Management / Technical Consulting
• Experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or IT training.
• Understanding of casino operations and gaming business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with software configuration, integration, testing, and support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%–80%
