Technical Program Manager – Columbus, Ohio

Source Right is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager in Columbus, Ohio. In this on-site role, you will coordinate technical programs from planning through delivery, aligning work with organizational priorities and helping cross-functional teams deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program execution, including planning, implementation, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Partner with engineering and product management to define and refine project scope, objectives, and priorities.
• Lead regular project meetings, track development timelines, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Define success metrics and measure project performance and outcomes.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation to address technical challenges proactively.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and senior management, translating technical updates into business context.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Application Lifecycle Management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
