Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program execution including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to develop and refine project scope and objectives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to assess development timelines and promptly resolve blockers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and status reports to communicate updates with stakeholders.
• Establish clear success metrics for each project to effectively measure performance and outcomes.
• Support risk assessment and management to proactively address technical challenges.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior management, translating technical language into business context.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Application Lifecycle Management.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar.
