Technical Trainer

About the role

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is hiring Technical Trainers for an established Aerospace MRO organization. The role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to help develop the next generation of aviation maintenance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, workshop, and hands-on training to aviation maintenance technicians within an FAA-regulated MRO environment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt instructional methods.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Experience in an FAA-regulated aviation maintenance environment and strong knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 145 requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
