Technical Trainer

Matthew Jasper is hiring for Technical Trainers to join an established Aerospace MRO organization, while being rewarded with a competitive package and the opportunity to play a key role in developing the next generation of aviation maintenance professionals.

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering classroom, workshop, and hands-on training to aviation maintenance technicians within an FAA-regulated MRO environment.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering technical training
* Experience within an FAA-regulated aviation maintenance environment
* Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 145 requirements
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt instructional methods
* Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
* Willingness and ability to travel as required
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
