Tekla Project Manager - Nashik, Maharashtra Chac United Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Tekla Project Manager to lead steel detailing and BIM projects for international clients. This full-time role requires strong expertise in Tekla Structures and knowledge of AISC and OSHA standards, focusing on US, UK, and Canadian markets. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of Tekla steel detailing projects. Lead and mentor a team of modelers, detailers, and checkers ensuring project ownership and quality. Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines. Coordinate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and internal teams for seamless workflow. Ensure compliance with AISC, OSHA, and international codes and standards. Review and approve Tekla models, drawings, and reports before submission. Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and profitability. Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to the team. Support business development through project estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in steel detailing using Tekla Structures. Strong knowledge of AISC, OSHA, and international design standards. Proven experience managing projects for US, UK, and Canadian clients.
