Vineet binani is hiring a full-time Telecaller for Payment Reminders and Software Promotion in Zerakpur, Punjab, India. In this customer-facing role, you’ll make outbound calls to remind customers about due payments, introduce prospects to software solutions, and provide helpful service. Key Responsibilities

• Call customers with friendly, professional reminders about due payments.
• Promote software solutions and explain their value to prospective customers.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with high-quality service.
• Record calls, customer details, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and promotions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English and local-language proficiency are an advantage.
