Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Maintain detailed call records and update CRM system accurately. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth payment processes. Track call metrics and meet performance targets consistently. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. Experience in tele-calling or customer service preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
