Your role will be key in building strong customer relationships and contributing to our company’s success. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers promoting our healthcare products and services. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and resolve inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM database. Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with sales to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads. Schedule appointments for the sales team and meet daily/monthly call and sales targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues. Previous telecalling or customer support experience is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software preferred. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Reporting to the Telecalling Team Lead, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize outreach.
