GuiRes Healthcare Private Limited is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this customer engagement role, you will contact prospective and existing customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and support the sales team in building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote the company’s products and services.
• Understand customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the company database.
• Address complaints and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Work with sales and marketing colleagues to identify business opportunities and improve outreach.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Team and Work Environment
