Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of engineering projects under senior engineers' guidance. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback. Conduct research and analysis supporting project design modifications. Utilize design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks for detailed engineering drawings. Perform quality assurance checks and contribute to documentation and reports. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress and solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Strong understanding of project management and design engineering principles. Proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalents. Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders. Internship or entry-level experience in engineering is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. At India Point LLP, you will report directly to Project Managers and Work Leads, contributing to impactful engineering projects that shape the industry. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 and is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Remote work is not available for this position.
