Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and collect relevant information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback using CRM software.
• Assist with financial data entry and basic financial analysis related to client transactions and preferences.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize outreach efforts and share valuable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports on call outcomes, client feedback, and suggest improvements for outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance client engagement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate financial analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Telecaller at Subrat, you will report to the Telecalling Supervisor and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve both personal and company goals. This role is based in Bhubaneswar and is not eligible for remote work.
