Subrat is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. In this role, you will contact potential clients, explain the company’s services, follow up on leads, and support business growth. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and report to the Telecalling Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce services, and gather relevant information.
• Record calls, client interactions, and responses accurately in the CRM system.
• Support data entry and basic financial analysis related to client transactions and preferences.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to help convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues and share insights from client outreach.
• Prepare reports on call outcomes, client feedback, and opportunities to improve outreach.
• Stay informed about industry trends and practices to strengthen client interactions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong data-entry skills and careful attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• One to two years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
