Delcon homes pvt ltd is hiring a full-time Real Estate Telecaller in Patna, Bihar, India. This role focuses on connecting with prospective buyers and renters, generating leads, and supporting customers throughout their real estate journey. The position is remote-eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective customers to generate qualified real estate leads.
• Answer customer questions, share information about property listings, and guide clients through buying or renting options.
• Use effective communication and negotiation skills to support sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Record customer interactions and keep CRM information accurate and up to date.
• Work with the team, attend meetings, and share strategies and best practices.
• Identify market trends and relay relevant insights to management.
• Track customer feedback and share ideas to improve service.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; sales or customer service certifications are a plus.
• Sales or telecalling experience required; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using standard office software and CRM systems.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• One to two years of telemarketing or sales experience is preferred.

Compensation and Employment
