• Use negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; sales or customer service certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
