Patience is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Administrator in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Join our full-time team and play a vital role in managing the tendering process with precision and efficiency. This position offers a collaborative work environment focused on compliance and quality execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring timely submissions that meet quality standards. Collaborate with multiple departments to collect necessary information and support materials for tenders. Monitor the entire tender process, including query handling and submission, ensuring strict adherence to company policies. Review and analyze tender requirements and specifications to assess feasibility and compliance. Maintain detailed records of all tenders submitted, results, and feedback for continuous improvement. Assist in evaluating and selecting subcontractors and suppliers as part of the tender process. Generate comprehensive reports on tender progress and outcomes to inform stakeholders and guide future strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in tender administration or similar roles. Strong understanding of the tender lifecycle and processes. Proficiency in document management and reporting software tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Preferred experience or familiarity with the construction or engineering industries. As part of our team, you will report directly to the Tender Manager and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful tender submissions and compliance.
