Trainee Territory Officer/Territory Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional for the mentioned position to manage territory plans, support dealers, drive sales growth, and build strong market relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare clear product x month-wise territory plans based on approved budgets
• Service dealers by showing stock, explain pricing, and ensure timely delivery of any
• Assist in stock liquidation to minimize product returns
• Identify and maintain relationships with key farmers, retailers, DAE personnel, and NGOs
• Collect dues and manage credit limits
• Screen and strengthen dealer networks; identify high-potential dealers
• Achieve sales targets and implement promotional activities
• Update stock and sales data in monitoring app
• Supervise, train, and motivate SA/SPO
• Monitor competitor activities and collect market insights
• Propose territory sales budgets and perform any other assigned tasks
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc. in Agriculture preferred)
• Graduation from a reputed university

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Age at most 35 years (Preferable)
• At least 01 year experience in Agro-based firms (Agro Processing, Seeds, or Group of Companies)
• Working experience in sales with a valid driving license is required
• Must be highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
