As a Full-time Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping travelers create unforgettable journeys. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, and travel insurance options. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions. Stay updated on travel trends and promotions to better serve clients and meet their needs. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance the customer experience. Achieve success metrics by meeting sales targets and receiving positive feedback from clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Familiarity with common booking systems or travel software is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for travel and helping others plan their trips.
