Travel Consultant – Monroe, Georgia

Athena's Go Travel is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant in Monroe, Georgia. In this customer-focused role, you’ll help travelers plan and book memorable trips while providing knowledgeable, responsive service. This is a remote-eligible position with a collaborative team and opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and book client travel, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel restrictions, and travel insurance options.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally with clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Keep up to date on travel trends and promotions.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve the customer experience.
• Work toward sales targets and positive client feedback.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least one year of customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with booking systems or travel software is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for travel and helping people plan trips.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $35,000 per year.
