Key Responsibilities Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and activities. Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel restrictions, and insurance options. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring clear communication. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Stay informed on current travel trends and promotions to better serve clients. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and share best practices. Meet sales targets and strive for positive client feedback to achieve success metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service or sales experience is a plus. Familiarity with travel booking systems or software preferred but not required. Passion for travel and helping others plan their trips.
