Job description
Tasks
- Approximately 6 patient visits per day.
- Home health fieldwork.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required – No exceptions.
- Active North Carolina PTA license.
- BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the home unit.
- First-time travelers accepted with Home Health experience.
Schedule
- Contract: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Start Date: December 7, 2026
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- 40 Hours/Week
- 5 days of unit orientation.
Pay
- Travel Pay: $1,980–$2,060/week
- Local Pay: $38–$47/hour (W2)
