Volunteer Trustee for Christian Organisation in London Colney

KILIBE ICON LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Trustee for our Christian Organisation based in London Colney, England. This volunteer leadership role is essential in providing strategic oversight and guidance to our mission-driven initiatives. As a Trustee, you will help shape the future of our organisation and ensure impactful service to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in board meetings, contributing to organisational strategy and decision-making.
• Support the development and monitoring of the organisation's goals and objectives.
• Engage in fundraising efforts by leveraging your network and resources to financially support our mission.
• Promote communication and collaboration among board members, staff, and volunteers to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the financial health of the organisation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Assist in recruiting, evaluating, and developing key personnel within the organisation.
• Represent the organisation at community events and advocate for its mission and values.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably within non-profit or faith-based organisations.
• Demonstrated skills in fundraising and resource development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in governance or previous board service is an advantage.

You will report directly to the Chair of the Board and collaborate closely with fellow Trustees, staff, and volunteers to create a supportive and effective leadership team. This is a remote-eligible volunteer position based in London Colney.
