Job description
Techling is seeking a talented UI UX Designer to join our innovative team in Isla Vista, California. This full-time role focuses on creating exceptional user experiences by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly convey the user journey.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user behavior.
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain visual standards of design assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to inspire innovative design solutions.
- Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align designs with branding and business goals.
- Assist in developing design guidelines and best practices promoting a user-centered design approach company-wide.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating past projects and design expertise.
- Industry-standard UX design certifications are a plus.
