About the role

Creative Circle is seeking a hands-on UX Designer with QA experience for a retail ecommerce client. The role is 40 hours per week. The client will prioritize candidates who can work onsite 2 days per week, including Wednesdays, in Corte Madera.

Responsibilities

  • Support QA for the UX team.
  • Take direction from the team on competitive research, build web and mobile wireframes in Figma, apply design edits, and ensure designs meet execution specifications.
  • Spend approximately 15% of the time on visual designs.
  • Help map ecommerce user journeys from ideation through final execution.
  • Develop content-focused, cohesive designs with easy-to-navigate functionality.
  • Parse components in Figma to streamline updates across files.
  • Track project feedback, ensure it is addressed in a timely manner, and work with the project manager.
  • Work in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities evolve and are reestablished weekly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years creating B2C UX/UI designs in Figma from ideation to final execution within an agile environment for a world-class brand.
  • Portfolio must include organized products from start to finish, including wireframing and UX/UI processes, and clearly highlight specific contributions to past work.
  • Understand how a product affects the customer's or client's entire journey and experience.
  • Luxury experience is a major plus.
  • This position requires working closely with others in a collaborative team environment. The role may involve access to client or customer systems and confidential or proprietary information or data.
