Vendor Management Senior Lead

About the role

Support a major technology organization within the Chief Operating Office (COO Technology).

Tasks

• Lead vendor management strategy and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract lifecycle.
• Drive vendor sourcing, negotiations and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting and vendor performance.
• Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and strategic vendor initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Business Services experience.
• 5+ years of Vendor Management experience.
• 5+ years of Process Improvement experience.
• 5+ years of Status Reporting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Financial services or consulting industry experience.
• Preferred: Financial and annual planning experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience supporting Wells Fargo internal clients or vendors.
