This is a rare opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys building something from the ground up. As the Founding Partner, you will have the autonomy to establish the hospital's medical standards, shape its culture, recruit your clinical team, and work alongside an experienced Hospital Manager to grow a thriving practice. The hospital will provide comprehensive general practice services, including surgery, dentistry, preventative care, diagnostics, and urgent care appointments during business hours. While overnight emergency services are not part of the current model, there is flexibility to expand into this area if it aligns with the Founding Partner's long-term vision for the hospital

You'll be supported by a veterinarian-led organisation with an established network of more than 850 hospitals and over 20,000 veterinary professionals. This role is designed for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership just as much as clinical work. Alongside mentoring associates and support staff, you'll play a key role in the financial success of the hospital through a unique partnership incentive programme. Founding Partners receive substantial milestone bonuses as the hospital grows, with the first $500,000 in trailing 12-month revenue triggering a $70,000 bonus. About you• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility to practise in Washington• Minimum of four years' experience in small animal general practice• Confident in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry• Passionate about mentoring colleagues and developing a positive team culture• Strong communication and leadership skills• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping grow a successful practice• Previous leadership or management experience is advantageous but not esse
