Warehouse Documentation Specialist

About the role

Mercy Jerop is seeking a Warehouse Documentation Specialist to manage warehouse and logistics documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound warehouse and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, receiving, and issuing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Maintain an organized and easily retrievable filing system for warehouse and logistics documents.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse documentation, or a related role.
• Proficiency in warehouse/logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
