Warehouse Lead

Tip Top Holiday Shop is hiring an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Warehouse Lead for a permanent, year-round position at our Kerens warehouse.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Location: 613 NE 2nd St, Kerens, TX 75144

This is a hands-on leadership position. The Warehouse Lead will work alongside the owner, supervise and train employees, assign daily work, check order accuracy, manage shipping and receiving, and oversee warehouse operations when the owner is unavailable.

Applicants must have:

• Proven supervisory experience

• Mature judgment, dependability, and professionalism

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills

• The ability to supervise employees while also working alongside the team

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds

• Two professional references, including one previous supervisor

• Flexibility to occasionally work past 3:30 PM, especially during November and December
