About the role

Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington is seeking a passionate, organized, and creative Wish Coordinator to join our incredible Wish Team in our Seattle office.

Tasks

• Coordinate and manage wish experiences from start to finish
• Build meaningful relationships with wish families, volunteers, and community partners
• Collaborate across teams to create memorable and impactful wish experiences
• Source and secure in-kind donations and resources
• Problem-solve creatively to overcome challenges and make the impossible possible
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• An exceptional communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people
• Skilled in project management and collaboration
• Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Experienced in volunteer engagement and relationship building
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families
