About the role
Mathurthi Siva Bhaskara Rao is seeking Work Permit Receiver (WPR) Engineers for Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, industrial, oil and gas, or maintenance projects.
- Previous experience as a Work Permit Receiver (WPR) is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment, and toolbox talks.
- Knowledge of LOTO, confined space entry, hot work, cold work, excavation, and other high-risk activities.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and construction site safety procedures.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with construction, operations, and HSE teams.
- Candidates with relevant construction or site experience who can perform WPR responsibilities will be given priority.
