Workday Integration Specialist

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party vendors and state agencies.
• Configure and customize Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with governance policies.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing integration enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM and Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Experience with Core Connectors and Document Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java.
• Experience with Integration Security, including ISU, PGP Keys, and MFA.
• Experience with data migration, Workday reporting, and calculated fields.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Candidates must reside and work within the State of Georgia.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred.
• Background verification is mandatory.
