Workday Integration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials integrations.

Tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party vendors and state agencies.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation and support ongoing Workday enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM and Financials modules.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Experience with Document Transformation and Workday Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java.
• Experience with integration security, including ISU, PGP Keys, and MFA.
• Experience with data migration, report building, and calculated fields.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Local Atlanta candidates strongly preferred.
