Workday UKG Implementation Test Lead

Lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance for a large-scale HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management implementation in the retail industry. Requirements include 5+ years of QA, software testing, or HR technology implementation experience; experience leading 2+ full lifecycle Workday and/or UKG implementations; strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, UKG Pro/UKG, HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Benefits, and Workforce Management; hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Payroll Parallel Testing, Conversion Testing, and Go-Live Readiness; strong defect management, validation, and cross-functional coordination skills. Preferred experience with enterprise HR transformations, multi-site or multi-vendor implementation, and certifications in Workday, UKG, QA, or Test Management.
