Workflo is seeking a highly skilled Workflow Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This full-time role is essential to enhancing operational workflows through strategic integration and automation, driving efficiency and improving client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions to streamline workflows across multiple systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements ensuring integration aligns with business goals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration-related issues promptly.
• Document integration processes, workflows, and updates for effective team knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate integration effectiveness post-implementation to measure success metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong expertise in workflow integrations, API connectivity, and automation architecture.
• Experience integrating business applications using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and third-party connectors.
• Knowledge of workflow routing logic, conditional triggers, approval chains, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with workflow platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, Zoho Creator, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or native integration frameworks.
• Understanding of JSON, API authentication methods, and system-to-system communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve integration issues and optimize workflow performance.
