About the role
Riverway Business Services TemporaryDirect Hire Staffing Houston TX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices and apply customer payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and collections.
- Assist with month-end close and A/R reporting.
Requirements
- A/R or billing experience.
- Advanced NetSuite experience required.
- Project-based and field services industry experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with physician or complex entity environments.
- Preferred: experience with progress billing, lien waivers/job costing, customer portals, or multi-entity environments.
