Aluminum Tack Welders

NOW HIRING ALUMINUM TACK WELDERS. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Perform tack welds on aluminum cable ladder components. Align, fit, and position materials. Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings. Inspect parts for proper fit and quality. Use measuring tools (tape measure, squres). Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Assist with other production duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous welding, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of welding principles preferred (not required). Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices. Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Willingness to work 2nd shift in the future as is a plus. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply as well. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED PPE: Steel-toe boots. Safety glasses. Welding helmet and gloves.
