About the role

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates against qualifications and company culture.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide guidance and updates throughout recruitment.
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and support a successful hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and deadlines.
• Ensure hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform hiring strategies and recommendations.
