About the role
Delmont Healthcare BPO is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. The role provides timely assistance with appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries, with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Full-time position with 9-hour shifts within a window between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate, non-clinical information about services, availability, and procedures.
- Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company protocols.
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
- Fluent or advanced English level.
