Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in fintech, banking, and retail loan sectors to expand market reach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, increasing conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized financial products that address client challenges effectively. Track sales performance metrics and client feedback, providing actionable insights to management for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education of 12th Pass. Proven sales experience in fintech, banking, insurance, telecom, or related sectors. Strong understanding of retail loans, financial products, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Preferred: Prior experience in business development or sales roles. Familiarity with fintech trends and regulatory frameworks.
