Use LinkedIn, Wellfound, and Google to track down seed-funded US/UK startups actively hiring developers. Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CTOs) and build clean tracking pipelines. Deploy pre-written outbound sequences to turn cold prospects into warm business leads. Requirements include exceptional written English communication skills, strong internet research skills, high self-discipline, and an aggressive growth mindset. Freshers and college students welcome. Compensation: Base Stipend + Performance-Linked Bonuses (Earn ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per closed deal).
