About the role
Wild America Taxidermy Deer Processing is looking for an experienced butcher or meat processor to join the team. This position is seasonal from August through January, with an opportunity for year-round work for the right person.
Responsibilities
The role involves meat cutting and processing. Slaughtering, skinning, gutting, and processing deer or livestock are preferred experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on meat cutting and processing experience is required.
- Experience slaughtering, skinning, gutting, and processing deer or livestock is strongly preferred, but training is available for someone with solid meat-cutting experience.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
