CDL LICENSED full-time TRASH TRUCK DRIVER in Alliance (Alliance/Homeworth)

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will operate a single- or tandem-axle rear-load garbage truck 5 days per week year round. Enjoy the pleasures of all four seasons! In addition to daily sunrises you’ll get to experience tons of natural beauty and varied wildlife, plus snow and rain, hot and cold, and more.

Routes start at 5 AM daily. We normally return to the shop between 12 pm and 2 pm. On rare occasions return time can be closer to 3 pm. Your work schedule is very fixed and lends itself to a very predictable and stable personal life.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Must be able to repeatedly climb in and out of truck cab
*Must be able to drag/roll trash bins to the power-tipper assembly and return bin with care
*Able to lift bags/cans into the compactor hopper several hundred times per day
*Capable of safely lifting 40-60 pound bags and trash cans numerous times per day
